Today, Fragmented HD was released for iPad. We thought it was worth a mention as it’s not only a great app but a novel way to share images on Facebook, Flickr and Twitter.

The app consists of a mosaic frame that users add their own photos too and then adjust with a bunch of options. It has a slick interface and the sharing integration works very well.
